In July 2004, Pump Tech Inc. opened its doors in Milton, West Virginia with one goal — to bring integrity, precision, and customer-first service to the pump repair industry. What began as a small, highly skilled team has grown into one of the most respected pump repair and manufacturing companies in the region, serving West Virginia, Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana.

The company was founded by three industry veterans — Rebecca McComas, Ronald “Corky” Gue, and Dale Henry — each bringing decades of experience in pump mechanics, machining, and management. Together, they combined more than 129 years of expertise to create a company defined by quality workmanship, quick turnaround times, and reliable service.

From the very beginning, Pump Tech’s founders set out to change the way customers experienced service. They saw a gap in the industry — too many repair shops focused on volume instead of precision and customer care.
